As the Spring season kicks in to high gear, you may find yourself getting ready to start exploring as the weather is not to cold and not to hot. Here is list of 4 Must Stops While Visiting Page Arizona
- Stay in Page, Arizona
The first part of creating any great road trip is finding a destination that is a central point to all of the places you want to go. For this road trip, we highly recommend staying in Page, Arizona. Although primarily a tourist town, Page offers so many great landscape features and surrounded by a ton of destinations to visit.
2. Horseshoe Bend.
Horseshoe Bend is one of the most amazing features created by the Colorado River over millions of years and is just right outside of town. However, we’d highly recommend visiting Horseshoe bend early in the morning to catch the sunrise. Its less crowded and the heat of the morning is very bearable.
3. Lower Antelope Canyon
Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous destinations in the entire Southwest region. Describing the slot canyons developed over millions of years as magnificent would do it justice. When you are planning your visit to Page, Lower Antelope Canyon should be a destination on your list and if you plan it right, you can visit the slot canyon shortly after you finish hiking back to the parking lot at Horseshoe Bend.
4. Marble Canyon
Marble Canyon is located on U.S. Route 89A at the Navajo Bridge, 12 miles southwest of Page. Its a quick stop for an admiration destination. You wont likely spend much time here, but its still a great place to soak in the amazing Arizona landscape that surrounds the area.
